Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Scheduling • All sessions must be booked in advance through our online system or by phone. • Virtual sessions require a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space. • Late arrivals may shorten the session time but will be charged in full. 2. Payment & Discounts • Payment is due at the time of booking. • Holiday discounts and promotions must be applied at booking and cannot be combined with other offers. • Gift certificates are available and must be presented at the time of scheduling. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full. • Rescheduling is allowed once per booking without penalty if notice is given. 4. Client Responsibility • Reiki is a complementary wellness practice and not a substitute for medical treatment. • Clients should consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns. • Please arrive (or log in) prepared to relax in a quiet, comfortable environment. 5. Practitioner Commitment • Woosah Reiki practitioners will provide a safe, respectful, and supportive healing space. • All client information is kept confidential. • Sessions are tailored to individual needs, focusing on balance, relaxation, and energy flow
